You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. Many of our events are 21+ and require valid government-issued photo identification for entry. By using our services, you represent that you meet these age requirements.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Ticket Purchases

By purchasing tickets through our platform, you agree to the following terms:

• All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
• Each ticket grants admission for one (1) person only to the specified event.
• The name on the ticket must match the attendee's valid government-issued photo ID.
• No sharing, no re-entry, and no exceptions unless explicitly permitted by the event.
• Maximum ticket limits per order may apply and will be enforced.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these terms.

5. Event Attendance

When attending our events, you agree to:

• Present valid identification matching your ticket
• Comply with all venue rules and regulations
• Follow instructions from event staff and security
• Behave respectfully toward other attendees and staff
• Not engage in illegal activities or disruptive behavior
• Consent to photography and video recording at events, which may be used for promotional purposes

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these terms without refund.

6. Event Changes and Cancellations

Cicada Music Society reserves the right to:

• Modify event details including date, time, venue, or lineup
• Cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances
• Substitute performers or artists

In the event of a cancellation by Cicada Music Society, ticket holders will be offered a refund or credit for future events at our discretion. We are not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Resell or scalp tickets for profit
• Use automated systems to purchase tickets
• Create fake or fraudulent accounts
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or staff
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Cicada Music Society or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cicada Music Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at our events. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket(s) in question.

10. Assumption of Risk

By attending our events, you acknowledge that live events carry inherent risks including but not limited to loud music, crowded spaces, and physical activity. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and release Cicada Music Society from any claims arising from your participation.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cicada Music Society, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
